Food Hanukkah Brisket

Brisket is a reasonably priced cut of meat and is best cooked low and slow. Be patient and don’t rush the process or you will end up with tough chewy meat. This braised brisket is intensely flavourful and tender. The recipe’s  three main flavour components are: coffee, porter beer and chili sauce. This is an interest but delicious combination! It’s a great easy meal idea for  large gatherings.
