January 2 is National Cream Puff Day – and a perfect excuse to ignore the resolutions we made yesterday to lose weight lol. Cream puffs are little clouds of creamy chocolate covered sin really – but SOOO yummy! I love that they have their own day. If you’ve never had a cream puff, you’re seriously missing out!
What is a cream puff? A cream puff is a small, hollow choux pastry that you cut in half and fill with sweet cream or sometimes custard. Sometimes they are topped with a dusting of icing sugar, sometimes with chocolate (my personal favorite obviously)
Cream puffs are actually pretty quick and easy to make so check out this recipe and enjoy some fluffly goodness for National Cream Puff Day!
