CANADIAN HOME TRENDS If you could give a potential client just one piece of advice, what would it be?
ZAIN PEERANI It’s important to look beyond appearance and price only! You need to do your research and take into account structure, finishes, how it will hold up in different environments, etc. The cheapest options are not
always the best, but the most expensive option may not be the best for your home either.
CHT If you could go back 20 years, what advice would you give your younger self?
ZP I would tell myself to have more fun & focus on what I enjoy most, which has been working in a business setting since I was 13 years old.
CHT Name one thing on your bucket list.
ZP I want to travel to as many countries as possible, hopefully the whole world! I have done 20-22 so far and many, many more to go!
CHT What is your favorite room in your house?
ZP This has to be our living room area. We spend most of our time there with the family. It’s a nice open space to relax, play & have fun!
