If you have subscribed to our newsletter or if you have purchased on our website, there is a good chance you will receive emails from us. When visitors leave comments or use the contact forms on the site we collect the data shown in the form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Contests
For contests hosted on our website, we use a third party widget by Rafflecopter. The Rafflecopter privacy policy is available here: https://www.rafflecopter.com/privacy-policy. Information gathered from contests run is used as per the contest rules for each individual contest.

Store Front
When placing an order through our store front or ordering a subscription, we keep the following information on file: customer name, mailing address, billing address, email address, Paypal email address if paying by Paypal, order details and phone number. Additional information, such as credit card information, are not kept on file once the order has been processed.

Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

If you make a purchase, subscribe to the magazine or enter a contest on our website, the information collected is retained indefinitely.
