Nothing quite beats a warm summer night under the stars on your deck or patio – and adding to the ambiance can be done quite easily with the use of exterior lighting.

I recently did a segment on CityLine featuring beautiful lighting that you’d think was made only for indoor use. It was amazing how the entire studio glowed from the lights we brought in.

Solar lighting is a personal favourite of mine because all you need is sun and you don’t have the mess of wires. I recently had a party at my place and the atmosphere was brought to life with table and floor lamps from free-light. The beautiful Belize and Fly6 Rattan were my lights of choice, gracing my tables and walkways with their presence and truly helping to set the tone for the evening, making my guests feel special.
