The Reflect social dining + lounge at the Hilton Vancouver Metrotown was the location for our 2nd Annual Vancouver Editor’s Dinner, an event which brings together some of the top designers and design professionals in Vancouver for an evening of networking and fun. The staff prepared a private dining space for us, complete with elegantly decorated tables in navy and gold with tasteful touches of fall décor.
A Chef’s Table menu of delicious local dishes that followed an “End of Summer, Welcome to Fall” theme was artfully prepared by Executive Chef David Ferguson and First Cook Chef Riel Mariano. Each course was expertly paired with a local wine selection. From Seared Kampachi with a Metro Spritz to Venison Loin with Black Sage Cabernet Franc, each pairing was a tantalizing treat.
A special thank you to the staff at the Hilton Vancouver Metrotown for helping us plan an amazing evening, providing treats for our guests to take home and being gracious hosts throughout our stay at the Hilton in the days that followed. We had an opportunity to enjoy executive rooms with stunning views, valet parking and a fantastic breakfast spread in the Opal Lounge each morning.
