Canada Mortgage App 

This app, by Bendigi Technologies, takes the confusion out of getting and maintaining a mortgage, including features geared at first time home buyers. Use the app to calculate your city- and province-specific rebate, transfer taxes, and to track and understand your mortgage payments. And as an added plus, you can use the app to find your nearest realtor.  

 

Zoocasa Real Estate App 

Looking for the perfect home? Zoocasa app takes a user-friendly approach to house hunting, allowing users to search for homes for sale with the ease of online shopping. Narrow results based on specific criteria, such as location, price, and number of beds and baths. The app also allows users to easily send search results to friends and family via email.  

 

The Essential Real Estate Dictionary App

Purchasing a new home can feel a lot like visiting a foreign country, if you’re not familiar with the lingo. Luckily, The Essential Real Estate Dictionary app has you covered, proving a glossary of (over 3,300) commonly used terms and references.   

 

Zootly Moving App 

Described as being the, “Uber of the moving business,” by the Globe and Mail, Zootly is an app that promises to take at least some of the stress out of moving. Book your car service in advance or day-of and track your ride with real-time tracking technology, much like you can with Uber. As for price: pay a one-hour minimum, then pay per minute.
