Fall means cozy clothes, beautiful foliage and pumpkin flavoured everything. Fall also means engaging in those seasonal activities that are perfectly suited to families. Let your kids choose the recipe and do the bulk of the baking while you supervise and perhaps helping measure and deal with the oven. And if you’re doing Thanksgiving dinner, let them be in charge of the dessert so they can show off what they’ve learned.


Pick out your own pumpkin for Halloween 

Visiting a pumpkin patch simply screams fall. Plus, pumpkin patches typically have other fun activities for you to enjoy, like a corn maze, a farmer’s market and perhaps even a petting zoo.
