Cranberry Walnut Salad
With Cream Honey Lemon Dressing
Ingredients
- 1pck mixed greens
- 1/3 cup of walnuts
- 1/3 cup cranberries
- 2 small wheels of brie
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 heaping tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- Salt and ground white pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a bowl whisk lemon juice and honey until combined well. Whisk in buttermilk then mayonnaise and add salt and pepper taste.
