A measurement cheat sheet is a great tool in a kitchen. In Canada, we use the metric measuring system but in the United States they use the imperial measuring system. Therefore we sometimes come across recipes in quarts or gallons. Since we don’t use the imperial system on a daily basis, it can be tricky to convert a recipe. Be sure to print this cheat sheet and keep it in the kitchen for future reference.
