This cake has a pretty checkered look that is easy to accomplish! It is topped with rich white chocolate ganache to give it a clean nice presentation. In this recipe, raspberry preserve is used to assemble the cake but it can also be substituted with a thin layer of vanilla frosting. For a Spring time theme, the colours of the cake can also be substituted with beautiful pastel colours.
