The trend has skyrocketed in popularity at a rate of 302% this year alone — (and the year isn’t even half over yet!) They will improve your air quality
It has been scientifically proven that your common, everyday houseplant can rid your air of toxins, pollutants, and allergens, in addition to encouraging the production of oxygen. And given that we tend to spend a whole lot of time in the bathroom, with the door closed, a little extra air filtration really can’t hurt.
You may see a positive impact on your energy levels
Studies show that living in the presence of plant life can directly and indirectly affect mood, energy level, and as a result, overall mental health. Feng Shui-wise, placing lush plants in the north of your bathroom will suppress the bad water energy. Generally, plant life in the bathroom is thought to encourage good flow of qi.
