Let the table do all the talking this Valentines Day! Creating a great table is always about creating layers and it doesn't have to be expensive! I've used pink paisley bandanas from the dollar store as napkins. Tucked inside a wine glass they look chic on the cheap! Layer inexpensive coloured fabric store lace over an existing table cloth or a pretty floral scarf as a table runner.
