Meet the Home Owners:

This 1956 bungalow was purchased by Jeff and his wife in 1996. As a couple, they enjoy a busy life spent working, running and participating in many local charity runs. On the side, they have been attempting to update the house and the yard on their own.

The Kitchen Story:

The kitchen originally had dark wood paneling, an old vinyl tiled floor and dated ceramic tile on the walls. Jeff started the demolition work but unforseen circumstances caused the work to halt and the kitchen has been left in a state of uphevel.

The Dream Kitchen:

Jeff’s dream is a bright, modern kitchen with plenty of cabinet space and stainless steel appliances. The new kitchen will have white cabinets with darker walls and a black granite countertop with an undermount sink. Kitchen wiring will also be updated. The couple’s goal is to create a welcoming kitchen that will be the jewel of their little bungalow.
