Fill a sauce pan with 2 or 3 inches of water. Add 1 tablespoon of white vinegar. Bring water to a boil. When water comes to a boil reduce to medium- low. Wait until water is simmering and gently add eggs in water. Poach eggs until white has solidified and the yolk is firm but not hard. Take the eggs out of the water with a slotted spoon.
