Gluten-Free Breakfast Sandwich

A delightful breakfast sandwich that is both tasty and healthy!


  • 1 slice (26 g) Piller's Simply Free Smoked Breakfast Ham*, cut in half
  • 1 fried egg
  • 1 slice cheese, of your choice
  • 1 rice bun, toasted
  • 5 ml (1 tsp.) butter
  • * Or equally delicious is Piller's Simply Free Cornmeal Back Bacon or Breakfast Sausage Rounds


  1. Place Smoked Breakfast Ham slice on bottom of toasted, buttered bun; add egg and cheese and cover with toasted bun top. Serves 1.
