Gluten-Free Breakfast Sandwich
A delightful breakfast sandwich that is both tasty and healthy!
- 1 slice (26 g) Piller's Simply Free Smoked Breakfast Ham*, cut in half
- 1 fried egg
- 1 slice cheese, of your choice
- 1 rice bun, toasted
- 5 ml (1 tsp.) butter
- * Or equally delicious is Piller's Simply Free Cornmeal Back Bacon or Breakfast Sausage Rounds
- Place Smoked Breakfast Ham slice on bottom of toasted, buttered bun; add egg and cheese and cover with toasted bun top. Serves 1.
