Roasted Marshmallow Shots

Ingredients

  • 1 Bag of large marshmallows
  • 1 Bottle of your favourite liqueur or alcohol (kahlua, chocolate vodka, bailey's, butterscotch Schnapps etc...)

Instructions

  1. Roast the marshmallow over the campfire until golden brown.
  2. Carefully hollow out the marshmallow with a teaspoon.
  3. Let it cool and fill with your favourite liqueur.

  • What is the preferred method to hallow the marshmallow? Pray over it? Have it blessed by a priest? Or, just sprinkle with holy water?

    How long do the hollow marshmallows maintain the liquid? I’m afraid of setting up a bunch of shots at once and then having them start to leak. I suppose for pre-prep, one could set real shot glasses with beverage of choice next to each marshmallow and fill them when ready to do the shots. Interesting idea!
