Cindy’s Story:

Cindy, the mother of 3 girls, is the typical mom who always puts everyone and everything else before her own wants and needs. She’s been dreaming of a new kitchen for 15 years but there has always been something more important to spend her savings on.

Cindy’s outdated 1960’s kitchen is horribly designed. While it accompanies a large space within the home, the layout makes it small and impractical with very little workspace or storage space.

We asked Cindy:

How does the kitchen affect your life and your family life?

The layout of my kitchen frustrates me everyday. I’m not sure why the builder utilized the space so poorly but being able to enjoy time in the kitchen with my 3 daughters is impossible, there just isn’t enough room!

What would your dream kitchen look like?

My dream kitchen would have more countertops and more cupboard space so that I wouldn’t need to store kitchen accessories in the laundry room. It would have a big island where I can gather with my daughters and my husband to bake, cook or just visit.

How would a new kitchen affect your life and your family life?

I’m the typical mom who always puts everyone and everything else before my own wants and needs. I’ve been dreaming of a new kitchen for 15 years – a space that I can enjoy and use to build memories while I teach my own daughters to cook and bake.
