INGREDIENTS
2 Tbsp salted butter
4 cloves garlic minced
1 pound shrimp, tails on or off
1 1/2 Tbsp Rave BBQ Rubs Lickity Lemon Pepper
1/2 Lemon (juiced)
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 1/2 cups 35% cream
DIRECTIONS
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add in minced garlic. Season shrimp with Rave BBQ Rubs Lickity Lemon Pepper and fry for 1 minute on each side. Fry until just cooked through and pink
Deglaze the pan with 1/2 of a freshly squeezed lemon. Pour in the white wine and allow to reduce to half while scraping any bits off of the bottom of the pan.
Reduce heat to medium, add the cream and bring to a gentle simmer, while stirring occasionally. Reduce until cream starts to thicken.
Serve as an appetizer, over pasta, rice or steamed vegetables.
