Not only does it offer additional living space but a thoughtfully designed backyard also increases opportunities for guests to make memories! Some features, such as hot tubs, are shown to increase nightly rates and occupancy rates!

Keep this in mind when designing the space to ensure this is a perfect spot to invite captured moments.
