TRENDY FINDS: Our Style Editor’s Fav Window Decor (as seen on BT Toronto)

With the summer humidity keeping you inside or now the cool summer temperatures this is the perfect time to tackle those small indoor projects you have been putting off. Have a painting project? Or wanting to finish that blind order? I want to show you all the latest trends in window and wall fashion.

I always say your window treatments are like the icing on the cake, you don’t always need it but it sure does make it more exciting.

Recently on my monthly segment on Breakfast Television I did a Window and Wall trends segment showing off some of Budget Blinds inclusive products. Affordable, stylish and accessible to all!

From Roller blinds, to gliders, to even side panels they have it all.

Decorative roller blinds in different transparencies are making a comeback, due to price, ease to man-oeuvre and it adds a clean line approach to your windows. If you are a shift worker or love sleeping in a pitch black room they are a great solution.

For those who have open concept homes or a two story condo with super tall windows, gliders are trending. You can use them to separate rooms, or use them in your loft to block the light instead of outfitting your entire windows that are two stories high.

Have fun with your projects this summer season!

Until next time,
