Ultimate Design Challenge: Vote for a Chance to Win!

The Challenge: We asked two designers to create a cozy sitting room with the new LX2 3-sided fireplace from Valor Fireplaces as the centerpiece.

Kim Bartley’s Modern Sitting Room Design Board: This modern sitting room is a study in stylish simplicity and incorporates a variety of textures and materials. A pair of Smythe chairs in a rich gray velvet are on trend while the bold pattern of an Ikat Turkish rug softens the look. Finishing off the room are accessories in black and white with a touch of gold. Click here to learn more about this look.

Negar Reihani’s Casual Contemporary Sitting Room Design Board: This space is neutral and casual yet contemporary and welcoming. The mix of linen on the sofa, wool rug, velvety plush pillows, baskets, and charred wood side tables creates a custom feel. Click here to learn more about this look.
