Over the years, we have seen an increase in open concept requests with the core reason being family. Opening up the main floor provides families the opportunity to spend more time together as a unit with the ability to do other individual activities too.

Many of our designs incorporate togetherness. A great example of this is creating islands that offer seating. This way there is family engagement and conversation while making a family meal.

There are many benefits to families from creating an open conceptlayout in their home. It provides safety for children as parents can keep a better eye on them. It gives a great feeling of togetherness, flow and functionality. In addition, it gives the home that natural light and openness that many people love. It truly gives the “Home Sweet Home” vibe.
