Hot Cross Buns

This is an easy bread maker version for delicious hot cross buns. Hot cross buns are traditionally eaten on Good Friday. These sweet, spiced, currant studded buns are topped with a cross to symbolize Christ. Candied fruit can also be added to this recipe and if desired, the currants can be substituted with raisins.
