Builder's Kitchen: After Staging

Image 4 of 15

In designing this kitchen, we made the island the focal point and ensured it stood out among the rest of the space. To do this, we stained it a darker colour than the rest of the cabinetry in the kitchen. Furthermore, we decided to use granite counter tops and glass backsplash as they are complementary to both colours of cabinetry. We tied all of these colours together by selecting a colour palette that enhanced the overall look of the kitchen.
Creating a space with an eye-catching design allowed this gorgeous show home to sell within a very reasonable time period.
Kitchen Staging Tip: Ensure your colour palette complements your cabinetry, flooring, and lighting.
