Home Staging & Real Estate

Trendsetter: Rina Rossi

rina rossi

Rina Rossi grew up in the real estate world, watching her father work as a real estate investor. The industry always
intrigued her and eventually, she decided to join the industry as a real estate agent. Rina partnered with Raafat
in 2018 and together they have created a service that offers added value with guarantees for buyers and sellers and
incentives that other realtors do not offer. Rina is inspired by the joy on her clients’ faces when they are able to buy
the home of their dreams or sell their home and experience value they hadn’t found before. Rina has earned a position
in the Remax 100% Club and has been a Platinum Club Team in New Construction since 2016. Rina and Raafat are
excited to be expanding their team and partners across the world through EXP Inc, and advises homeowners to do their research before working with a realtor and check to see if there are any FREE incentives.

Canadian Home Trends: If you could have lunch with any one person in the world, who would you pick and why?

Rina Rossi: I would lunch with Glen Sandford the founder of EXP. He has created the world’s first iCloud brokerage or
the “Amazon” of real estate. He offers equity share to realtors across the globe and he gives back generously.

CHT: If you could go back 20 years, what advice would you give your younger self?

RR: If I could go back 20 years, I would have worked towards getting my license sooner.

CHT: Name one thing on your bucket list.

RR: I would love to establish a charity or fund for young single moms.

CHT: What is your favorite room in your house?

RR: My favorite room in our house is the rec room. My husband transformed it into a chalet and stained the wood on our ceiling.
