Design enthusiasts are looking to turn their homes into a great escape, creating a space that feels like a spa getaway or a favourite vacation spot.

This theme of rejuvenation is being translated into all kinds of different decor elements. Here are four top trends I forsee for Canadian homes this season:

In an attempt to override our work addictions, we're going to seek refuge in our homes to relax and recharge this spring. We're taking our design cues from nature's brainchild. From coral pinks, mint greens and robin egg blues to beautiful and modern foliage-inspired black and white patterns.
