Home Staging & Real Estate

What The Pros Are Saying

Price To Sell

pros

HOW DO YOU ENSURE YOUR HOME SELLS FOR TOP DOLLAR AND THE DEAL DOESN’T FALL APART AT THE LAST MINUTE?

Experts will give you all kinds of advice for promoting, pricing, staging, etc but at the end of the day – there is one key ingredient that every home buyer is looking for and that is peace of mind.

So how do we provide peace of mind? By making sure all concerns and possible issues are addressed in advance. To do this, we recommend a complete home inspection before you list. Not only does this ensure you are aware of any issues that need to be addressed beforehand, but it gives buyers the peace of mind knowing it’s one less thing they need to do. This often leads to higher offers and reduces the risk of the deal falling apart when the buyers do their own inspection after making an offer! While it’s not common practice, I believe it should be and a pre-listing home inspection is something I do for my clients because I know it makes a difference!

Mortgage Pro

pros

The initial stages of a mortgage application can be a daunting task, even for those who are ready. For some, there can be a few reasons you are turned down, including poor credit. Low credit scores can simply be the result of bad luck or poor financial decisions. This doesn’t mean you cannot qualify for a loan or mortgage. When choosing to work with a private mortgage brokerage you will discover there are many avenues when it comes to bad credit loans, especially if you own a property.

Improving your credit score is a great way to show financial institutions you are capable of paying off your mortgage.

There are a few ways to do this:

1. Learn all ‘credit’ guidelines
2. On-time bill payment
3. Raise your limit
4. Disputing clerical errors
For more information on how to improve your credit or how
to apply for a bad credit loan, it is important to speak with a
licensed professional to get all the details before successfully
moving forward.

While everyone has their own preferences, there are a few things that are common among almost all of our residents. When choosing their retirement home, they look for 5 key things.

RESPECT Being able to age with dignity and respect.

COMMUNITY Both companionship and a sense of belonging as well as the ability to continue to enjoy cultural and spiritual traditions.

HEALTH/SAFETY Having a space that is secure and safe, their physical, mental and spiritual needs are met.

INDEPENDENCE Finding the right balance between the care needed for their stage of life and the independence to still enjoy the things they love to do.
