Kitchen Design Ideas We Love.

As trends turn towards warmer colors and natural textures, this kitchen with its white cabinetry and warm wood accents is the perfect style for the modern homeowner who still loves the all white kitchen look but wants something a little warmer, more inviting! The wood detailing adds that wow factor while remaining light and bright! – Lindsay Berscheid and Gabrielle Bieber, Madison Builders, www.madisonbuilders.ca

This home had an open concept main floor and a separate family room as well. Instead of creating a living room and a family room with similar set ups, we decided to create a space for entertaining on the main floor and designed the living space to operate as a simple yet elegant lounge which fits well with the modern feel of this home. It also keeps the main floor feeling airy and spacious. – Ariel Fu, New Concept Home Staging and Redesign, www.newconcepthomestaging.com

This contemporary kitchen was designed for a young couple who love
to entertain and have a very active dog. I kept this in mind and chose
lower cabinets made from a scratch, water, and stain resistant material
topped with White Quartz countertops that are also scratch and stain
resistant! This means their gorgeous kitchen can withstand the wear and
tear of frequent use, rowdy house guests, and a dog that loves to jump. – Patricia Noddle, Kitchen Land, www.kitchenland.ca
