How tKeep Your Basement Safe & Dry

How to Keep Your Basement Safe & Dry.  WHY ALL THE TECHNOLOGY FOR A BATTERY BACKUP SYSTEM? For too long, customers have demanded more without results. They have asked for the equipment they can remotely “keep an eye on,” or at least get an alert to their phone if an alarm occurred or if equipment needed attention. Zoeller Company’s Aquanot® Active 508 offers technology that accomplishes far more than this, even incorporating unique features like “Boost” mode, fail-over circuitry, a constant pump performance. As this is the premier product in the category, we designed it to avoid the neglect and dormancy inherent in these applications which are in standby mode in the dark, lonely corner of residential basements. The “Active” system benefits from exercise, supervision, and reporting information that helps save property. The Aquanot® Active 508 is a high performance, self-testing, battery backup sump pump system with unique features and multiple redundancies. The system connects to Zoeller Company’s Z Control® Cloud for 100% configuration, remote access, and alert notification. In addition, the use of the Z Control® Cloud with web and app interfaces are all 100% free to homeowners. In fact, homeowners can even electronically “share” their Z Control® enabled equipment with a willing contractor of their own choosing. “Now that’s “Real-Time Peace of Mind!” – Jeff Sloss, Controls Product Marketing Manager, www.zoeller.com For more unique items for your home, click shopCHT.com. • This article was so useful to me . I had two floods in my basement this last 12 months because of loss of power overnight that went unnoticed. Im seriously looking into a sump pump with battery back up and a self testing one is perfect.
