Paul Mann fell in love with the idea of real estate ownership at a young age. He purchased his first home when he was about 20 years old. It was a simple one bedroom, one bathroom condo that he sold for a good profit less than 2 years later, quickly learning that home appreciation was one of the easiest ways to make money! After buying, improving, and selling a few more, Paul finally had enough money to buy 2 homes simultaneously! One for him and one for renting. It was a huge accomplishment for him! This continued for years until he had a few investment properties, had improved the value of multiple homes, and he realized being a real estate professional was his calling. Paul had developed a keen eye for value, sharp negotiating skills and knowledge about how to improve property. He wanted to share his expertise and know-how with others to help them reap the rewards of investing in real estate and enjoy the feelings of pride of home ownership.

Canadian Home Trends: What inspires you?

Paul Mann: Every day I wake up and try to be the best version of myself that I can be, see where I can improve, and do better the next day. As I become a better version of myself, I can then be a better husband, father, friend and professional, which then allows me to improve the lives of those around me. It’s a win-win!

CHT: If you could have lunch with any one person in the world, who would you pick and why?

PM: My amazing wife, and no she didn’t force me to say that! We’ve been together nearly 14 years now and every day gets better. I’ll have lunch with her any chance I get!

CHT: What is your favorite holiday tradition?

PM: This year is extra special for our family as my wife and I have just recently welcomed our first baby into this world. We are so excited to create new traditions with our little girl and experience the wonders of the holidays through her eyes. – http://www.mannestates.com
