Small Touches, Big Impact: Before Staging

To increase the "sellability" of the space we de-cluttered and redid the backsplash; the original backsplash had a mix of traditional with modern glass, an inexpensive fix to update the space and target the masses. We added fresh flowers, counter stools, fresh baked cookies and a few accessories to make this space inviting.

Best tip for staging a kitchen - remove all items/small appliances from the countertops showing the beautiful countertops and backsplash. Adding fresh baked cookies or cupcakes is always a nice touch too, not to mention a great smell!
